Led hazard identification around AI-generated clinical content, patient misinterpretation risks, and failure mode impact on clinical workflows.

About me

Clinician, strategist,

I'm a GP partner and clinical leader with substantial experience at the intersection of medicine, digital health, and AI. I've advised NHS ICBs, GP federations, and health-tech companies ranging from early-stage startups to established enterprise products — on clinical safety, regulatory positioning, product strategy, and identifying viable clinical markets.

My work sits at a crossroads that few people occupy: I understand what clinicians actually need, what the NHS will and won't adopt, and how to translate that into product and commercial decisions. I've seen health-tech succeed and fail, and I know which variables matter.

I'm increasingly focused on executive clinical leadership — working with high-growth health-tech and AI companies that want a clinical voice at the strategic table, not just in the compliance column.
